SINGNET SUCKS !

ok . i got to say this . SINGNET REALLY IS NOT A USER FRIENDLY BROADBAND .

i have been using it since the end of 2006 . from then , it has already got such problems like "INTERNET CANNOT CONTACT SERVICE PROVIDER" .

everytime when my sisters and i saw this message , we are like saying "what the fcuk" .

at that period , at most 10 minutes that we can't use the internet at all .

LISTEN . NEITHER IT'S NOT THAT WE DIDN'T PAY THE BILLS ON TIME NOR WE ACCIDENTALLY DO SOMETHING TO THE WIRES .

hell sake , we didn't touch anything at all .

this problems goes on till NOW . WORST OF ALL , these problems gotten worst .

recently , my internet service are being stop for 2 hours for more . IT'S LIKE SUDDENLY APPEAR THAT DAMN MESSAGE .

it's annoying for godsake .

i always wanted to call or email down to lodge a complaint but i don't have the user ID and stuffs since uncle rom is the one who sign this plan .

and mind you , i am not the only one who have such problems . ask around , i believe most of them have it too .

i have been told that this kind of things must really go to the counter and bang table . ya , i guess i should . if you were the one using , weren't you pissed at this ?

put yourselves in my shoe . imagine you are searching for some materials for projects and suddenly , BOOM ! not internet service and it last for hours . how would you feel ?

i hope that there won't be such problems again .
