Ever compare your first phone you ever got with your current phone ?
Let me tell you guys what type of phone my first ever phone was .
It was..... (drum rolling...)
TAAADAAHHH !! THIS old fashioned phone !
This picture may not be the exact model that i have used , but it's about the same and the brand is Ericsson (before it merged with Sony) .
I got it when i was in primary 3 , back in year 2000 . The phones at that time is really bulky , no colour with just yellow lighted screen and those NORMAL ringtones .
Compared to the current phones , it's really nothing . Kids will be saying that "EEEEEK , it's so fugly !!"
Phones are getting more and more high tech , compressing many different functions into one .
For instance , HTC has just come out with a new phone , HTC magic , which is powered by Android !
So what does this phone do ?
Like what most modern phones can do , it can take photos , listen to radios & MP3 , send emails and other fantastic functions .
Compared with the old phone , which you can only call and send messages (which was very difficult to send by using that phone) , that's so much better because it's a touch-screened phone .
and what makes it special ?
The nice look of the phone , net surfing functions. It provides the Google suite of services , Outlook synchronization, Smart Dialer, and an onscreen keyboard with predictive text, Chinese input and handwriting .
All these makes it a convenient tool for communication . It is wonderful , isn't it ?
Instead of taking your laptop around just for mail checking , HTC magic has easy account set up, multiple mailbox support and Microsoft Exchange server synchronization for email, calendar and contacts.
These makes your life even easier , right ?
You also can use the Android market to download applications like games to keep you away from boredom .
Who will ever resist such fantastic phone with chic looks and multiple functions ?
