Movie Reviews - Breaking Dawn Part 2 + SIA inteview + Sick

Supposed to go for a casting at Clarke Quay but I wasn't feeling very well. Stupid gastric problems.


FROLICK! It has been a long time.

Met Felicia and we went for a casting for a job which my aunt recommended. I was kinda of pissed because the person who was supposed to interview us wasn't there after pushing the time back for 2 times. Zzzzz.

Felt damn unwell and ended up couldn't club. Accompanied Fel to butter then Bb came over to pick me.

Thursday
Woke up and still feeling sick.

In the afternoon, I went back home to take my things then head straight to Xinying's house. I was looking forward for the food which Auntie mummy cooked for me.

I really ate lots of things there and I managed to suppress the gastric juice from making my stomach churned.

Friday
Spent my afternoon uploading my photos, blog and wash my longchamp bag. 

I must say that it's not hard to wash, just that I accumulated the dirt for almost a year till it's hard to remove them. HAHA. 

After that, I waited for Bb to pick me up and we went to watch Breaking Dawn Part 2. 
Golden Village was damn crowded :/


Overall, I'll give a rating of 8 out of 10. Although some parts were missing as compared to the book, it's not so bad. I think the fighting parts were cool although it's a little gore.

After the movie, Bb and I went to Kallang for a soccer game. Of course, I was a spectator since I can't play for nuts. LOL.

While watching, I saw this from my sister's post in instagram.

I was playing game and watching from time to time. Ok lah, it wasn't that boring and quite interesting at times.

Yesterday
Woke up early in the morning to meet Fel. Together, we went to the SIA interview at Sheraton Hotel.

Due to my past experiences, we decided to go early and reach by 7. We reached at around 6:50am. By the time we were out from the ladies and proceed on to the queue, we were as early as group 2 (:


Group 2. 

First round's Question: What country will you want to live in and why?
I think this is a rather easy question but we really have to elaborate a little. Still, I think it's sort of by luck. 

Both Fel and I went through this stage.

2nd round: Height and Certificate check. 
Why bother going for interview if you can't pass your certificate check?

But this time, it's a little different for height check. They removed the lower line which was originally for the ladies to reach. It's really hard for them to get through the round if the ladies are only about 1.58m to 1.6m. 

3rd round: Skin check. 
I never like it as I failed it at the same place for the first interview.

Who knows, the same lady who passed me at suntec months ago, failed me this time round.

She said that my left shoulder is lower than my right shoulder and asked if I hold my bag using the left side.

I was like HELLO?! I used my right shoulder and how come I didn't know about this, especially during dance classes??!!

Worse, she said that I have oily skin when I actually have dry skin.
How can my face don't reflect the lights when 2 spotlights were shinning directly on my face??!!

My goodness. This is ridiculous. 

Fel went through the skin check and proceeded to the 1 to 1 interview.
Unfortunately, she didn't pass that round as she told me that she met this super GL (guai lan) guy who asked retarded questions.

What made my day worse was we saw one girl who went passed the 1 to 1 interview who has lots of RED patches, which were obviously serious acnes problem. 

I really don't know how they really pass the girls from the skin check. =.=

After the whole thing, Fel and I went to have breakfast before I went back home.

At night, I went to Funan IT mall with Bb to shop for his ipad for work usage. I saw the stationary shop which sell many cute stickers. I'm going there to shop real soon! *GRIN*

Today
Went for today's class and to know that it's that scary lady teaching.
I just got this fear upon looking at her, who reminds me of the CSTD grade 4 coaching class. 

If I know it's the coaching class, I wouldn't have come.

Today is just not my day; so many irritating stuff happened.

Went to see doctor for my gastric problems = Spent money for medicine. 


Medicines again :(


Random. My new love; Pointe shoes !

Does anyone have the feeling of wanting to text someone but don't wish to know how the conversation will end ?
I have the feeling all the time, that's why I always give up the idea of texting.

Spent my whole day packing my room with the stuff which I bought from Daiso quite some time ago. It's quite tedious because I need to rearrange my things...

and I finally sew the hole on my so called bolster. LOL.

Blogged till Steve came and together with JJ, we went to Chomp Chomp for dinner before heading to my aunt's bf's pub to play dart.

We played till late then went back home to rest.

Friday
Panic. No printer at home to print my SIA application form. Drag till the whole day then ended up asked my sistar Joan to print and then passed it to Ambrose.

Stayed at home for the whole day.

Sent a text and there's no turning back. I'm hoping to see a reply....

Mum called me and uncle used it to test their new car's bluetooth. The 2 old folks really got nothing better to do but to 'prank call' me. LOL.

After that, mummy called to ask me to see her new car =.=

I went back home after looking at it. Mum called hours later, asked if I've shown my sisters the photo of their new car. LOL. 

Yesterday
Woke up early to go for my SIA interview.

There were many people there before 8am. That's even scarier than last month's interview crowd. I was batch 21 at 8:15am.

Round 1 question: What's your favourite book? Why?
It's not a difficult question, most of us got through.

Round 2: Certificate and height check.
By right, almost everyone should pass this round.

Round 3: Skin check.
I passed with the person stating that I have good skin, just that I'll need to polish my teeth.

Round 4: 1 to 1 interview.
It's damn irritating when I got an old lady. Before I entered the room, she said my teeth was stained.

It's an interview with situational questions after reading the passage which you have chosen to test your English. It's not very difficult if you put yourself into the problem.

But the thing was that she said she couldn't let me pass because of my teeth. Like WTF can. She even asked me if I can go for polishing today. 

I replied no, because on a Saturday, it's very difficult to find a dental appointment available.

I told her I've already passed my appearance check so why fail me in the interview. She replied "You have to come for the interview fully prepared. Go out and wait for your results."

WHEN I KNOW I'VE ALREADY FAILED. BLOODY HELL.

I think I may not try again. This is just so disheartening. Failing at the interview for my teeth just simply defeat the purpose of having an appearance check. 

After that, JJ and I went for a baby shower then went to Scape. Met Jas there to buy some ballet stuff.

We went to play darts after that.


Eating BFF fries while playing darts. 

After playing darts, we went to Maxwell food centre for dinner before heading home.

Today
Met Jas in the morning for McDonald's breakfast before heading to Toa Payoh for class.

Felt dead after the scary stretches. I didn't know I can stretch that much. LOLOL. I think I'm going to have muscle aches already.

And I'm glad that my ingrown nails are gone for now. It's not affecting me for pointe work !

On my way home, I received an unexpected text from Wayne. Pissed off with someone. Just feel like slapping that person.

SIA interview + Commisioning ball + Rants

Saturday
JJ drove me to Sheraton Tower Hotel in the morning for SIA interview. Met Zhixin there before queueing up.

However, something sucky happened; I misplaced my passport size photo.

Panic, I called JJ to see if I dropped at his car or something and I called my cousin to search my room. Unfortunately, it's not found.

I let Zhixin to go ahead without me while I tried to recall where's the nearest instant photo machine nearby. Luckily, JJ found one at Somerset and asked me to travel there.


By the time I went back there at 9am (started from 8:30am onwards), the queue was insanely long. By the time I got the queue, it's batch 67 (each batch has 10 people in it) + have to wait till 9:45am :/

While waiting, I was tweeting and trying to get some help from either Cordelia or Jojo. Luckily, Cordelia replied. I felt much better and of course, thanks for all the wishes in Twitter (:

9:45am, we still have to wait for about another 45 minutes before we went for our 1st interview. And surprisingly, I sat beside Eileen's friend, Grace, for the wait.


1st interview was go in as a batch; self introduction + answer the question in 1 minute. The question I got was: If you were a shape, what will it be and why.

It's really nerves wrecking but 7 people (including myself) managed to get through the 1st round.


Next round - Check our heights and qualifications.
Of course, most of us got through since you should have read the requirements of the job before applying for it.

3rd round - Skin check.
They will have 2 spot lights (1 on top and 1 at bottom) to shine on us, asking us to turn left and right, show our arms and hands and then check our necks.

This time round, all of us got kick out without any reasons given. That sucks.

Apparently, Zhixin was out after the 1 to 1 interview because the person said she has Thai accent.
I was thinking how the heck can one Singapore has Thai accent because the way we speak are just sooooooo different.

Whatever. Zhixin, Grace and I intend to try the next SIA interview.

I took a cab home and had a good rest. Didn't go for ballet because I was really mentally tired. Failure in relationship, auditions and inteview. What else?

Around evening time, Nic (Momo's cousin), came to pick me at my place for his commissioning ball at MBS. I went with him as his partner.

The food was nice and the programmes were interesting, especially the part where Kumar came in. The jokes were like funny to the max.

After that, the guys went out and got ready to give the ladies a rose each.

After the event, JJ came to pick me up and we went home for a mahjong session.

Sunday
Woke up by my mum to help her to do something. It's not that I'm unwilling to help but why should I do the shit job when it's some other people who are being irresponsible ?

Slept till evening then I went out with JJ and Yang for dinner at Sunshine plaza. We met Wenxing, Casper and Valerie there.

After that, we went to Illuzion to sing and play darts.

Slept too much for the whole day till I couldn't sleep at night.

Monday
Had a painful cramp on the night before. Hate it.

I was rotting in my room for the whole day until my sister came in with a package. Stunned but didn't open till I came home from dinner.

Thanks to all my darlings who were there for me when I need them for emotional support. Love you girls ♥

As I was feeling bored at home, I downloaded lots of photo apps in my iphone and here's one of the app's effect; Water reflection.

Momo came over in the morning and we rot till it's lunch time. Craving for aston so we went to the coffee shop nearby (:

In the evening, we went to Maxwell Centre for dinner before heading to Illuzion for Darts league. The guys lost the match again...

Couldn't sleep so I ended up watching anime - プリンセスチュチュ (Princess Tutu). It's kinda of childish but I really love the music.

Today
Woke up in the afternoon with slight headache :/

Got my card for Phoenix dart machine (:

Nothing much, just merely resting at home since I slept late.
