Movie Reviews - Kung Fu Panda 2+ Date ♥ + 3A04 BBQ + NOISY 4 at Rehearsal

It's my first date with Z

I was too excited that I woke up one hour earlier . Luckily I prepared early, so that I still can afford to sit aside and looked at the starhub guy to get my cable TV done.

Although that guy dragged abit, he was kind enough to drive me to the MRT station which saved my time from waiting for the bus .

It has been a long time since I am sooooo eager to dress up for a date.
- Pink nails, Pink Jacket, Pink blusher and pink eyeshadow ~ LOL .

We went to buy our movie tickets before eating our lunch . We settled at The Handburger. The serving was quite big and thank goodness that I managed to finish it

After that, we rushed for our movie at Cineleisure. We watched Kung Fu panda 2


Overall, I will give a rating of 9 out of 10. It's really funny with all the sound effects and it's really interesting for someone who never watch the first part of the movie . The characters are really cute (:

And I was telling Z that the name of city of the place the characters were heading to sounds like anus (sorry if it's offensive to anyone) in chinese . LOL .

After our movie, we went to Mandarin Gallery for a walk before sitting down at the sofa and chitchat for almost an hour.

It's really nice to be able to talk about many things, though I think I stared at him for most of the time . HAHAHA .

Around evening time, Z had to go to Woodlands to teach tuition.
Out of boredom, my initial plan was to travel with him and take a bus back home. But he suggested to wait for the tuition to end then we go out again, which I agreed xD

While waiting for him, Z asked his friend, Michael, to accompany me for the 2 hours. It's so kind of Michael to drive me to somewhere and we chatted for around 2 hours .

After the tuition ended, they went to fetch one of his friend, Jian Kai then headed to another guy's house (I forgot the name). It's really interesting to sit around and listen to their conversations.

We had supper before heading back. Michael drove us to Z's house and Z went to change to his specs before driving me back home

It was pretty late and he had to drive me back to the east area . That's sooooo nice of him

Overall, I enjoyed my date . Spending a day with him really make my heart jumped rapidly . I can't wait for our next date

Yesterday
In a super duper good mood. HAHA.
Ballet as usual. Tried Releve on 5th on pointe. Mine was really major fail :/

After class, I went to have lunch at QiJi with Jasmine and Cheryl . We were like gossipping about many things and talking about my date with Z since Cheryl was from the same school/batch as him.

Again, she never fails to entertain us during lunch . HAHA

I headed to my class BBQ after eating my lunch .
Personally, I find that it's really different from all our first year outing. Not that I don't like my current classmates, just that I prefer what it used to be.

Today
Coaching class and Modern Dance rehearsal for the day .

Our class was as crazy as usual, with all the copycats in the class who are trying to remember the steps . LOL .

After class, Jasmine, Crystal, Jinglin and I went to have lunch at Popeye. We were laughing like hell throughout our meal and when we ate yogurt at frolick.

We headed back to the studio early while Jasmine went to meet her friends for awhile. We took lots of silly photos and made lots of noise . HAHA .

Wednesday
I woke up early to go for massage and spa with mummy and aunt Eunice .

However , Mummy couldn't do both of them for quite some time . After that , we went for lunch at somewhere near the PUB building .

By the way , the NTUC staff , apparently one of the high rank guy at the NTUC PUB branch was damn rude . Should this be the way for them to treat their customers ?

Too bad that I didn't catch his name . If not , prepare himself to receive one complaint letter .

After that , I rushed back home as the guys were waiting for me to come back home . Feeling very guilty for making them wait . Sorry guys !

I quickly packed my things and left my house for chalet . Shaun , Yan Xun , Firmanto and Zhiwei took a cab while Joel and I took a bus there .

The first night was quite fun , though many people were not present .

Big big Thanks to mummy , who helped us to marinate the chicken wings !

After BBQ-ing , Dear , Lyn , Terence and my sisters & cousin who joined later , went to k-box to sing ! Promotion: $8 per person on weekdays' night .

It's soooo fun ! We sang like nobody's business .

Terence was shocked , wondering who got the high pitch voice . And apparently , it's me . LOL . Lyn described it as 3 octaves higher . HAHA .

We sang till about 2am and we went back to the chalet and rest . Up till 4am , we were still bright awake but we tried to sleep .

I was damn surprise that the person on my left who supposed to be Lyn changed to Edmund .

Eddymoon snored loudly that night ! haha .

Thursday, Day 2
I slept till quite late as I was damn tired . Ivan woke me up early to help him to sign up GEMS . Luckily , Joel was there to help Ivan on my behalf .

Initially , the class wanted to go to escape theme park . However , it's closed . So they changed their mind ; WWW .

I didn't want to go at first . But since dear has never go there before , I decided to join my other classmates .

It's quite fun ! I love the one with the V shape . The staff lied to me , stating that sitting facing back is not as scary . The silly me followed his opinion and...

It scared the hell out of me !!

I screamed damn loud ! Kind of embarrassing but it could have been worse if I didn't scream . hahahas .

We left early as it was raining heavily at around 6pm . We ran back to our chalet and prepared to BBQ .

While waiting for others to BBQ , XW anata and I was in the chalet watching TV . He borrowed my iphone to check his ichat email to see if his appeal was successful .

No email in ichat , so I asked him to check SAS instead .

We saw many modules in the timetable . So as to double check , I suggested to check the NYAA instead .

To our surprise , the appeal is successful and he decided to keep it a secret till later of the night . We were grinning like an idiot lahhs . LOL .

Later at night , we bought a big bottle of vodka . Many people were supposed to join us but they back out . At the end , only left with Alif , Terence , Lyn and myself to clear the big bottle of alcohol .

One note to make: Never drink vodka with Miranda Strawberry . It tastes like some cough syrup .

Lyn and I was drunk , thanks to Terence .

He asked us to drink quickly and the last bit of shot only killed us . Lyn even vomitted the Miranda Strawberry .

Both of us needed people to carry us as we have no strength to go back to our bed . It's really a dramatic night .

But of course , both of us know what's happening at that night . LOL .

Friday, Last day
We woke up quite late , just about half an hour before our booking out timing .

We quickly packed and cleared our things before going to McDonald's to have our brunch . Geee , too bad that I couldn't eat my breakfast meal :(

After our meals , dear and I took a cab home . I took a nap straight after I reached home . The sleepiness was overwhelming .

Saturday
I went to dear's house in the afternoon . The weather was just damn warm and humid .

Nowadays , the weather really change like a woman's mood swing . Warm and humid just right before lunch and rained heavily after our lunch .

Nothing much , I just spent my day taking a nap and playing maple (yes , again and I know it's lame) .

Yesterday
This time , I didn't run for my bus ! I went out early for my ballet class .

The class wasn't that tiring , just that doing Battement Fondu was very challenging . Now , let me share with everyone what I have learned:


Arabesque - The position of the body supported on one leg, with the other leg extended behind the body with the knee straight.

**PS: I only learn the hand positions xD

Battement Fondu - a battement (usually slower) from a fondu (both knees bent, working foot on the cou-de-pied of the supporting leg) position and extends until both legs are straight. It can be executed double.

**PS: I got a hard time doing the one placing the foot at the back .

We spent most of the time doing Battement Fondu , so we didn't learn much new things .

After my ballet class , I went to meet dear and we ate our lunch at Popeyes . The food is nice as usual (:

After lunch , we went to watch the movie Shutter Island .

Something interesting happened ; someone sat at our seats and we sat at other people's seats , which making us confused where were our actual seats .


Overall , I will give a rating of 8 out of 10 . Supposed to be 7.5 but I shall give a bonus point for Leonardo DiCaprio . The show is kind of disturbing...

Positive: The plot is original and really makes you think alot . It required lots of concentration and the outcome is unexpected .

Negative: It may be too confusing that you don't understand what is it about . For example , the final scene before the movie ends . Some people may not know what happened to the main character until they read up about the movie/book .

Nevertheless , this movie is considered interesting .

Today
I didn't manage to sleep for the night as I got this strange habit of unable to sleep at the night before the first day of a new academic year .

It has always been that way , regardless how tired I am .

Train is damn packed as usual , but I managed to get a seat . Good thing that we can take a rebound train xD

To my surprised , Dover MRT was filled with people ! It's seems different from the last year .


Again , I bought my favourite drink for my breakfast (:

First period: Process Instrumentation.
There is only one thing that I have to say ; our lecturer is mousy no.2 . She speaks so soft that we can't hear even we sat right in front of her .

After that , we went for our breakfast at FC 5 .

Second period: Lab Briefing .
The lecturer for our Environment Studies A , I would say that what he had said doesn't make sense to me .

What's wrong with using a funnel as a guide to transfer solutions to the burette ? I don't see why we can't because it's definitely much more safer .

Unless he can let us use tap water to train , if not , I think it's nonsense for sure . Who wants to get burned from those chemicals ? Definitely no one will want to be the first .

After briefing , all of us went to the CLS club house to slack . I took a nap there as I was damn exhausted .

The remaining classes are boring (ok , I know I have always been saying that to almost every lesson) .

Nala's father sent me to the dover MRT station so that I can go to FC 5 without getting drenched . I was late for the meeting and nothing much were discussed , or at least after I have reached .

Thanks Joey laopo and Jojo to wait with me in school till dear arrived . If not , I will be bored to death .

Dear can come out and go home for the day . We had our dinner in school before going back to Tampines .

We went to buy my cleanser at SASA before going to frolick to have our delicious yogurt ice cream (:


The lychee flavoured yogurt ice cream is delicious . Not too sweet and we love the mashmellow topping (:

After that I went back home straight as both of us were tired .
